NEPA Odyssey of the Mind

Given: One 5″x 5″ piece of cardboard, 5 straws, 12′ of tape and a pair of scissors. Build a structure that must be at least 6″ tall.

Points are awarded for each inch over 6 inches. All materials must be use.
